Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Should you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 15 days to receive a full refund less shipping and handling.

 

If payment is made via credit/debit card, your refund will be applied to that card. If made via paypal, your refund will be refunded to your paypal account. If a personal check was used to pay for order, a check will be issued.

 

All items must be in unused saleable condition with all tags attached and all original packaging intact. Matzo Ball Enterprises LLC reserves the right to make the determination regarding returned condition of item and its eligibility for a refund. Special ordered items, shofarot, personalized items and kippot purchased in bulk are not eligible for refunds. Seasonal items are final sales and cannot be returned.

 

All returns must be pre-authorized by MBE/BlowTheShofar.com. Please contact us by phone or e-mail before returning your merchandise. Any unauthorized returns eligible for refund will incur a 20% restocking fee. If return is authorized, please pack item in secure packaging and return using your choice of shipping carrier. We are not responsible for the item during shipping; please consider insuring your package.

 

Should your item be damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and contact us as soon as possible. Save the carton and materials for inspection. We cannot honor any claims if this procedure is not followed. If the package arrives obviously damaged, do not open it or unpack it so we may show to carrier.
